Each mold produces up to 80 heart gummies per cycle. A minimum made-to-order purchase of 10 molds provides capacity for up to 800 gummies per production cycle.
Important volume and weight note
The 18mL measurement is the catalog water capacity for each cavity. Finished gummy weight depends on formulation, density, fill level, and process. Test your recipe before setting a final labeled piece weight.
Filling and production methods
Hand filling: Suitable for test batches, product development, and lower-volume production.
Pour-and-scrape production: Fill multiple cavities efficiently by pouring mixture across the tray and scraping excess into the cavities.
Compatible depositing systems: May be used with commercial depositing systems when tray dimensions, nozzle spacing, shot volume, alignment, and clearance are confirmed.
